Our continued investment in the newest, most advanced CNC controlled engine and turret lathes allows us to manufacture tight tolerance parts with unmatched accuracy and consistency. A 4th axis indexing toolholder allows multiple cutting operations to be performed, each with a different cutting tool, in easy, rapid succession. Capable of fabricating parts up to 20" in length, automatic bar feeding is available for parts up to 2.5" in diameter, and turned parts up to 8" in diameter are made possible through the use of standard or custom work holding fixtures. Tolerances as close as ± 0.0005" are easily achievable. The list of materials we work with is long and includes all types of steel, cast iron, aluminum, copper, brass, and bronze, as well as plastics such as nylon, acetal, PTFE, and fiberglass.
