At Deerfield Machine Parts, our CNC milling services are a leading source for high quality, close tolerance component parts. Our 4-axis, computer-controlled horizontal and vertical machining centers, combined with our state-of-the-art CAD/CAM systems, enable us to rapidly and accurately manufacture parts with dimensions of up to 40” in length, 20” in width, and 25” in height. In addition to milling and drilling, we are capable executing mores advanced techniques, including threading, counterboring, and knurling, to create intricate geometries and complex 3D structures while maintaining tolerances to ±0.0005”. As both metal and plastic machining specialists, we work with a full range of materials, including all types of steel, cast iron, aluminum, and more, as well as many polymer resins such as nylon, acetal, PTFE, and fiberglass.
Our investment in automated CNC milling equipment enables us to efficiently manufacture both high and low-volume orders with fast turnaround times and at a very competitive price point.
